Police are investigating after they say a gunman opened fire in a Miami Gardens neighborhood over the holiday weekend. Local 10 News obtained video from Only in Dade of a person wielding what appears to be an assault rifle and sprinting through a driveway while firing several rounds. The culprit was seen pausing for some time as gunfire was exchanged before swiftly departing in a vehicle. The latest incident is currently under investigation by detectives at the Miami Gardens Police Department.

A 21-year-old man was driven to a hospital with a life-threatening gunshot wound after an argument in a business parking lot on Normandy Boulevard led to gunfire, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said. A woman was stabbed, and the suspect is on the run while police swarm a house in Fort Myers on Monday night.
