Photo by: WEAR  A mobile home fire was reported in Escambia County on Monday evening. According to the county, fire happened in the 1500 block of N. 50th Avenue. Fire crews responded to the incident around 10 p.m. The county says there was visible light smoke once crews arrived. They found the ceiling was on fire. “Firefighters rapidly applied water, preventing the flames from spreading further and limiting the damage to a small area in the ceiling,” the county said.

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, there was a car fire in the Home Depot parking lot in Destin on Wednesday morning. A 55-year-old was found dead at the scene of a single-vehicle crash in Alachua County that was discovered a day after it occurred, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
