NORTH NAPLES, Fla. — An SUV crashed into a wall near the entrance of the Target located along Tarpon Bay Boulevard. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said it received a call about the incident at 3:39 p.m. CCSO confirmed the driver went onto the sidewalk and crashed into the wall. DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A homeless man was shot and killed early Monday morning outside a residence in Delray Beach. The Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD) said officers responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 12:30 a.m. in front of a home near 1200 SW 22nd Avenue. BAY PINES, Fla. (WFLA) — A Bay Pines VA hospital employee was arrested Monday after he was accused of battering a patient last month. James Peter Chido, 40, worked as a housekeeper at the time of the Jan. 21 incident, according to an arrest report from Bay Pines VA police.
