Woman accused of attacking elderly mother at Aventura hospital over financial dispute

AVENTURA, Fla. – A woman was arrested Thursday after police said she attacked her 81-year-old mother inside a room at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital back in February. It happened around 3:50 p.m. on Feb. 12. Aventura police said they responded to the hospital, located at 20900 Biscayne Blvd., after a reported domestic battery involving an elderly patient who was admitted for medical treatment. Driver injured after crashing near North Naples Target entrance

NORTH NAPLES, Fla. — An SUV crashed into a wall near the entrance of the Target located along Tarpon Bay Boulevard. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said it received a call about the incident at 3:39 p.m. CCSO confirmed the driver went onto the sidewalk and crashed into the wall. DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A homeless man was shot and killed early Monday morning outside a residence in Delray Beach.
