PARRISH, Fla. (WWSB) – An 18-year-old was killed in a motorcycle crash in Parrish on Tuesday. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was approaching the intersection of 116th Avenue E at a “high rate of speed” when a large truck entered the intersection by making a left turn and traveling into the immediate path of the motorcycle. DESOTO COUNTY, Fla. — A 35-year-old man from Indiantown, Florida, died in a two-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning in Arcadia. LAKELAND, Fla. (WFLA) — It was a terrible accident that left a family fighting to survive, and two children trapped inside the back of a burning car.  A Good Samaritan, AJ Slater, helped the family save one of the children, but sadly, the other child did not survive. HAWTHORNE, Fla. (WCJB) – The traffic mess in Hawthorne got worse tonight before it got better. Firefighters cleaned up a spill following a crash between two semi-trucks and a cargo train. Officials say the crash at the intersection of Southeast 71st Avenue and 221st Street injured one person who was taken to the hospital for treatment. Maintenance work had closed the CSX railroad crossing on US Highway 301 which had traffic, including heavy trucks, taking a detour through local streets.

It wasn’t between the hockey players — instead, the fight broke out between several people in the stands at the Pensacola Bay Center.
