The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened just after midnight on Sunday on State Road 85 near the Shoal River Bridge. A Lee County man was arrested early Monday morning after he was accused of robbing a woman of her groceries and commanding his dog to bite the victim in North Fort Myers on Sunday.
