A teacher at LaBelle Elementary School is under investigation after being accused of battery on a student. According to an incident report from the Hendry County School District, on Oct. 28, the student was emotionally distressed and was becoming physically resistant.  A man has died after crashing his vehicle into another car and then a tree Thursday morning in west Miami-Dade, authorities confirmed.
