A woman was arrested early Thursday morning after police said she struck her boyfriend in the head with a glass bottle during an argument inside their Hialeah apartment. It happened around 5:15 a.m. at a home near West 56th Street, according to an arrest report. Police identified the suspect as 43-year-old AVG. One person has been arrested following a crash that stemmed from a road-rage incident at the S.S. Jolley Bridge onto Marco Island on Thursday. According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a traffic incident on Wednesday morning. Once on the scene, deputies say the crash was due to a road-rage incident. A man is accused of DUI and crashing into a car in North Fort Myers on Tuesday. A 25-year-old Navarre man is critically injured after being struck by a sedan in Okaloosa County on Wednesday night. Troopers say the incident occurred at 9 p.m. on SR-85 (Eglin Parkway) north of Sunset Drive when the pedestrian, for unknown reasons, entered the northbound outside lane and was hit by the sedan driven by a 49-year-old Shalimar man. Authorities are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at the intersection of Seminole Boulevard and Valencia Terrace. According to investigators at the scene, a car collided with an e-bike. The e-bike rider, 82-year-old Darell Groves, was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. Flames ripped through an Orlando apartment complex early Thursday, displacing seven residents, although no one was seriously injured, officials said.
