The Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said that at 2:25 p.m., it and Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue responded to the area of Beeline Highway and Northlake Boulevard because of an incident with a train. When they arrived, they discovered a severely damaged and overturned dump truck. An Amtrak passenger train was stopped in the immediate area.
