Photo: CBS12’s Caitlin Simpson One person was hospitalized after an SUV overturned in a two-car crash near Golden Lakes Blvd and Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach. Upon arrival, firefighters with the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR) reported that two cars were impacted, with one small SUV completely overturned in the middle of the roadway. According to officials, all parties were able to exit their vehicles without firefighter intervention. One person was injured and transported to a local hospital.

The U.S. Coast Guard responded to a boat collision Sunday afternoon near Nixon Beach that left one person injured, officials said. Officials said a 34-foot and a 35-foot vessel collided around 4:50 p.m. A Coast Guard crew provided first aid to one boater, who was then transferred to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue for further treatment. The Florida Highway Patrol said 21-year-old Brandon man was killed after being involved in a “nearly head-on” collision in Dade City Saturday night. The crash happened at around 6:45 p.m. on Blanton Road between a Hyundai Elantra and a Chevy Equinox traveling opposite directions. The 21-year-old was driving the Hyundai, heading east. A 15-year-old cyclist who was involved in a crash with another teenager in Dunedin last month died on Sunday. On Oct. 22, 15-year-old V. R. was riding his bicycle north on New York Avenue, approaching Main Street. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, at the same time, a 2024 Hyundai Elantra driven by a 16-year-old was traveling east on Main Street, resulting in a collision. Fire crews have contained a hotel fire that erupted in Deerfield Beach. A 27-year-old man was arrested for allegedly killing two children and intentionally setting fire to a mobile home on Friday. According to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, J. H.
