A hit-and-run crash on Tuesday evening left one motorcyclist in the hospital, according to the Port Orange Police Department. Police said that the crash happened around 8:15 p.m. near the 1700 block of Dunlawton Avenue. A man said he was stabbed early Wednesday by a roommate at what appears to be a group home in Lauderhill, according to police. Lauderhill police said they responded to the home in the area of Northwest 26th Street and Northwest 44th at around 4:19 a.m., after they got calls from occupants and the victim himself about being stabbed by a roommate.
