A Leesburg man was arrested for battery after allegedly hitting his wife in the face and pushing her to the ground during an argument.  An officer responded to a battery at an undisclosed Leesburg residence around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.
