A woman was killed after she was struck by a vehicle in Lauderhill on Friday night, police said. According to Lauderhill Police, officers arrived at the 2100 block of Northwest 55th Avenue after receiving reports of a person struck by a vehicle. A 14-year-old accused of fatally shooting an 18-year-old at an apartment complex on the Westside turned himself in on Friday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said.
