Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation into an “apparent murder-suicide” in the county’s unincorporated Tamiami area. Deputies surrounded a home in the 1000 block of Northwest 127th Path just after 10:30 a.m. Authorities said the 29-year-old woman was found shot dead in a driveway. A man is dead following an e-scooter crash within a Palm Beach County neighborhood on Wednesday night. According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on Sandalfoot Boulevard when a driver traveling westbound in a Chevrolet SUV drove directly into the path of an e-scooter going eastbound. A Lake County teen was arrested for battery after allegedly hitting his brother in the face during an altercation.  A deputy responded to a domestic disturbance at an undisclosed Lake County residence around 4:20 p.m. Sunday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
