Several people were injured after a crash late Saturday night in Jackson County. The Florida Highway Patrol says one man in a pickup truck was heading southbound on US 231 in the painted gore, and another pickup truck with two men was on the inside lane heading northbound. A 34-year-old man is dead after a single-vehicle crash involving an ATV on Saturday evening. Troopers say the incident occurred around 6:24 p.m. when an ATV he was operating left the roadway and struck a fence on Upper Creek Road near Wolf Log Road, about four miles north of the Flomaton city limits in Escambia County.
