A 33-year-old man was killed early Wednesday morning in a crash at the Altra Drive exit from I-295 north, the Florida Highway Patrol said. A 34-year-old Lake City man was killed early Wednesday in a crash on I-10 eastbound near County Road 229, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Troopers said the man was headed east around 5:40 a.m. near mile marker 329 in Baker County when he “left the roadway” for unknown reasons and hit several trees. The car ended up on its right side, according to the report. The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, troopers said.

Two men and a woman are sought after fleeing from a hit-and-run crash Tuesday on State Road 520 in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The crash happened east of Cox Road. According to troopers, two vehicles were reported to have been racing on Interstate 95.
