A Bradenton woman was killed after she collided with a “Do Not Enter” sign after flying off her motorcycle, the Florida Highway Patrol said. Just after 6:30 p.m. on Friday, the 37-year-old was traveling south on North Honore Avenue, approaching a curve north of Athletes Drive in Sarasota. Florida Highway Patrol said a man is dead after he attempted to cross I-275 and was hit by a car on Friday evening. FHP said a Toyota Prius was traveling southbound on I-275 near 22nd Avenue South when a man attempted to walk across the interstate and entered the vehicle’s path.
