According to Gainesville Fire Rescue, rescue officials responded to a crash near Northwest 16th Avenue and 34th Street at around 7:30 p.m. GFR and Alachua County fire crews removed one driver from their vehicle and provided medical care to other driver that was near line of trees. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was stabbed at McDonald’s on Homestead Road in Lehigh Acres. According to an LCSO post on X, deputies responded to a medical call inside McDonald’s on Homestead Rd. overnight. Upon arrival, deputies said they found a man with what appeared to be a non-life threatening puncture wound to his abdomen.  Two people were injured after a machete attack on Monday afternoon in Broward County. It happened in the area of Southwest 190th Avenue and 15th Street inside the Encantada community in Pembroke Pines. Both victims, a man and a woman, were seriously injured and rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital, including one by helicopter, police said. Police are investigating after three people were stabbed Monday in Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale Police and Fire Rescue responded at around 8:25 p.m. to a domestic stabbing in the 2700 block of Southwest 6th Drive, authorities said. Two female victims had life-threatening injuries and a male victim had non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Paramedics transported them to Broward Health Medical Center.
