Two teens were arrested after a shooting in Frostproof killed a 22-year-old man, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies responded to the scene on Washington Terrace in Frostproof at 5:08 p.m. Sunday. The same man who tried to kidnap a 16-year-old girl last week in South Miami had attempted to kidnap a 38-year-old woman about 35 minutes before nearby. According to Sgt.
