Two people were hurt in a crash that shut down all lanes on the MacArthur Causeway (Interstate 395) in both directions early Friday. It happened at around 12:30 a.m. on the causeway at Terminal Isle, Miami Beach police said. One person is dead after a fatal crash involving a car and pedestrian, the Florida Highway Patrol announced. Troopers responded to a crash on Woodlawn Drive and Wildewood Springs Boulevard around 5:35 a.m. According to FHP, a person was driving a Hyundai Sonata on Woodlawn Drive when they ran over something. A late-night fire severely damaged a home in Bonita Springs, leaving most of the structure burned. Three people were found dead in an apparent murder-suicide in a Murray Hill home on Thursday.
