Deputies responded to Stillman Street and Calvin Avenue around 10:30 p.m. and found a man lying in the roadway unresponsive. “It’s scary, you really need to look out for your neighbors,” said AT, a neighbor. A Cocoa woman is safe, although her house is a total loss after a fire Thursday morning. The fire was in the 1200 block of Fern Street. Tampa Fire Rescue worked to put out a blaze Wednesday afternoon at the Hyde Park Cafe. Crews responded to the South Tampa bar and restaurant just after 3:30 p.m. to find heavy smoke coming from the roof of the building.  They used several hose lines for an interior attack on the fire and an aerial ladder truck to access the roof.
