According to Panama City officials, the Cove and downtown Panama City area were without water Tuesday afternoon after a car ran into a fire hydrant. A man was arrested over the weekend, exactly a week after a fatal hit-and-run crash in Pompano Beach, Local 10 learned Tuesday. Willian Eduardo Beltran Velasquez, 31, was arrested Sunday on charges of failing to stop at an accident involving death and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. Police in Orlando are investigating a death Tuesday at an apartment complex. Officers said the incident happened around 5:35 a.m. in the 5900 block of Peregrine Avenue.
