Officials have closed South Howard Avenue after a fatal crash early Tuesday morning. The Tampa Police Department said officers are investigating the crash between a vehicle and pedestrian at South Howard Avenue and West Horatio Street. Two vehicles flipped over into a ditch during a crash along I-75’s northbound lanes between mile markers 135 and 136. The crash happened around 3 p.m. and blocked the right lane of the interstate near Exit 136 by Colonial Boulevard.
