Police: Drunken, speeding driver hits, kills 2-year-old riding tricycle in Tavares

 Tavares Police Department said a 19-year-old man is accused of hitting and killing a 2-year-old child in Lake County on Monday night. Officers said they responded to a call around 7 p.m. in the Oak Bend subdivision of a boy who was ran over by a “lifted bulldogged” truck. SunRail service delayed after man struck by train in Orange County’s Taft neighborhood

SunRail service was delayed by over 75 minutes on Tuesday afternoon in the Taft area after a train struck a pedestrian, authorities said.
