Three Florida residents have been arrested in connection to an acid attack on a New Jersey woman, authorities said. Investigators believe 38-year-old Betty Jo Lane and 39-year-old Jmarr McNeil were hired to do this by William DiBernardino. DiBernardino, who previously had a relationship with the victim, is from Boynton Beach. A 61-year-old Pensacola man is dead after a pickup truck crashed with a bicyclist Wednesday afternoon in Escambia County. It happened around 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of W Jordan Street and N Pace Blvd. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred between an 83-year-old Pensacola man in a pickup truck and the 61-year-old bicyclist. A 21-year-old man was indicted on Tuesday in connection to his mom’s murder last month, according to the State Attorney’s Office. On July 30, Donald Donell Jamison allegedly shot two people at the El Sol de Mexico Bar & Grill in Brooksville and fled the scene, officials said. His mother, 53-year-old Claudia Barbosa, and another victim were found with gunshot wounds. Nearly 20 animals starving and living in filth were confiscated from a home in Melbourne this week.
