
Woman sues Disney after sustaining ‘permanent injuries’ in ‘stampede’ at Magic Kingdom
A Pennsylvania woman is suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts after she was allegedly pushed over during a “stampede” at the resort’s Magic Kingdom park in Florida, leaving her with permanent injuries. The woman, Debra O’Steen, said the park was “packed” and “extremely busy” when the incident occurred. According to the lawsuit, O’Steen was walking on Main Street, just north of Casey’s Corner restaurant, when a crowd rushed her and knocked her over in a “stampede” due to an event
