Cement truck on its side blocks US-301 Friday morning

At least one person was injured Friday morning, in a major crash on US-301 at 44th Avenue East.

Drivers cant access 44th Avenue East, eastbound, from US-301, while crews work to lift the vehicle, and clear debris.

The crash involves a cement mixer truck, which is on it’s side.

Northbound US-301 has 2 lanes blocked, and delays as well.

Morning commuters should consider using an alternate.

US-41 north could be a good alternate for US-301, and SR-70 east for 44th Avenue East.
