Crash in Putnam County kills a Man and injures another person.

FHP officials are investigating a deadly crash in Putnam County. A 52 year old man riding a motorcycle is traveling east on State Road 20, approaching the intersection with State Road 19 yesterday afternoon. At the same time, another vehicle (SUV) is approaching the same intersection, but from the west..
The motorcycle then collided with the passenger side of the vehicle. The 52 year old died and the driver of the vehicle received minor injuries.

The motorcycle and a SUV were traveling in opposite directions on Crill Avenue approaching the intersection with State Road 19, according to FHP. As the motorcycle drove through the intersection, the SUV made a left turn. The front end of the motorcycle then collided with the passenger side of the SUV.

The 52-year-old motorcyclist from Ponte Vedra Beach died from their injuries.

The driver and passenger of the SUV suffered minor injuries.

The traffic crash caused all lanes to be blocked. The lanes have since reopened, according to FHP.

The traffic crash is still pending further investigation by FHP.
