A major crash with injuries on the northbound Turnpike in West Palm Beach has shut down all lanes.
Florida 511 reported a crash just before Mile Marker 102 at 4:36 a.m. on Wednesday morning.
Officials said that traffic has been backed up to Mile Marker 100 in their latest update at 5:05 a.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash involved injuries.
