A crash shut down part of SR-429 in Winter Garden.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Both lanes were shut down traveling southbound just past Stoneybrook Parkway.
As of 7:30 a.m. all of the lanes are back open.
Troopers say people were injured in the crash.
