A 33-year-old Panama City man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash on County Road 389 in Bay County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
According to FHP, a gray Suzuki motorcycle and a silver Kia Soul were both heading south on County Road 389 when the motorcycle hit the rear of the Kia. The impact sent the motorcycle into the northbound lane, where it collided with a white Chevrolet Tahoe that was traveling north, troopers said.
The motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries. The Bay County Sheriff’s Office began life-saving measures, but Bay County Fire Rescue pronounced him dead shortly after they arrived.
The Kia’s 79-year-old driver and the Tahoe’s 39-year-old driver, along with a 14-year-old passenger in the Tahoe, were not hurt, troopers said.
Troopers have not publicly released the victim’s name, pending notification of next of kin.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol’s traffic map, a deadly crash is blocking the intersection of Hwy. 389 and Cason Drive.
