The fatal shooting suspect has been identified as 58-year-old MSJ.
The sheriff’s office says the victim was shot after a disturbance call on Wilson Avenue and Kincaid Street.
Deputies responded to a disturbance call where the victim was trespassing at that same location, according to the sheriff’s office.
They say the victim left, but he later returned to the area. An argument erupted between the victim and Johnson. It then escalated into a fatal shooting.
J is charged with Possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He’s in jail without bond.

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A man is dead following a shooting in Escambia County on Wednesday afternoon.
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened on Wilson Avenue and Kincaid Street around 4:40 p.m.
Deputies say a suspect is in custody. Homicide is now on scene investigating.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies were called out to this location earlier in the day for a “disturbance.”
