Disturbance at Hobe Sound Mobile Home Park escalates to stabbing, two hospitalized

Deputies are investigating after a Hobe Sound disturbance turned violent Saturday, leaving one with a stab wound and both hospitalized.

What began as a domestic argument in a Hobe Sound mobile home park ended with a stabbing that sent one person to the hospital, deputies say.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) Criminal Investigations Division says they were dispatched to a Hobe Sound Mobile Home Village for reports of a stabbing.

MCSO’s investigation revealed that the incident began as a domestic dispute and turned violent.

Both individuals were reportedly taken to the hospital, with one victim suffering from a non-life-threatening stab wound.

Deputies say the incident is isolated, and there is no threat to the community.

This story is ongoing, and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
