FHP seeks public help to locate truck driver in Escambia County hit-and-run incident

Florida Highway Patrol needs help in locating a truck driver, who’s suspected of hitting a parked vehicle in a Pensacola neighborhood Friday morning.

Around 1:38 a.m. on Friday, FHP says a white, crew cab pickup truck with a white camper top was traveling southbound on Sarah Drive.

FHP says the driver hit a black Cadillac CTS that was parked nearby before driving into the front yard of a home. A doorbell camera captured the driver leaving the scene.

The public is being asked to assist FHP in locating and identifying the suspect.

You’re to contact Sergeant Shawn Kelly at 850-484-5000 or ShawnKelly@FLHSMV.gov if you have any information
