An investigation is underway after a person was shot at overnight in a parking lot during an altercation in Lee County.

According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, a physical altercation happened in the parking lot of Miscue Lounge. The sheriff’s office said that one person was shot at and was taken to a hospital, but their injuries are not life threatening.

LCSO said the Violent Crimes Unit is working the scene, but there isn’t an immediate threat to the public.
