A Collier County man was flown taken to the hospital by MedFlight after a stabbing on Thursday afternoon in Collier County.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office said they received reports of a stabbing on Cherry Tree Road around 4:30 p.m.
When deputies arrived, they said they found the victim with stab wounds. He was flown to the hospital for treatment. CCSO has not shared the victim’s condition at this time.
According to CCSO, the stabbing occurred after an altercation between two men, one walking and the other in a car.
Deputies said no one has been arrested at this time.
