Ocala police said a crash on Tuesday left one person dead and another person injured.
Two vehicles, a motorcycle and a pickup truck, were involved in a crash around 6:45 p.m.
Police said the crash happened on Northwest 10th Street and North Pine Avenue.
A man and a woman on the motorcycle were both taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
In an update, police said the woman later died.
“Sadly, the woman passed away from her injuries. Our hearts go out to their loved ones during this difficult time,” Ocala police said in a statement.
