Two men were hospitalized after being shot at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday on Jacksonville’s Westside. Police were called to 1000 Almeda St. and found one man suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg and groin and a second man with three gunshots to the torso, a JSO news release states.
Police said a man armed with a rifle approached the two men and shot them. Police did not give the names of the victims. No arrests were made.
