Motorcyclist killed in Royal Palm Beach crash.

A motorcyclist was killed in an early morning crash on State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office confirmed 60-year-old Freddy Sedeno Gonzalez died after colliding with a Toyota Corolla at around 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

According to the crash report, the motorcyclist was waiting at a red light on State Road 7 to turn left onto Erica Boulevard when the Toyota approached the intersection head-on.

Though it’s unknown if Gonzalez had the green turn arrow, he reportedly turned left in front of the oncoming Toyota, the PBSO crash report stated.

Gonzalez collided with the Toyota’s front, right-side bumper, ejecting Gonzalez onto the sidewalk, the report stated.

The Toyota driver came to a stop at the intersection of the crash to await first responders.

Gonzalez was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center where he was pronounced dead from his injuries.

The Toyota driver reported minor injuries, according to the crash report.
