With the last update coming around 8 a.m. Friday morning, all lanes of a part of Florida’s Turnpike South in Palm Beach County remain closed.
The major crash happened before Mile Marker 112 in the area of Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens between Indiantown Road and PGA Boulevard, according to the Florida 511 website. The Florida Highway Patrol’s website lists the incident as a fatality.
The Florida 511 information states the crash occurred as early as 1:15 a.m.
