Northeast Miami-Dade massage therapist accused of sexually battering client.

Police arrested a northeast Miami-Dade massage therapist after they said he spent “10 to 20 minutes” sexually battering a 31-year-old client Monday.

According to an arrest report, Georges Marquis Plummer, 29, of Aventura, works at OUM Lymphatic Massage, located at 20200 W. Dixie Highway in the unincorporated Ojus area.

Police said the victim, a woman, was getting a massage at around 9:15 a.m. when Plummer “pulled her underwear to the side” and started rubbing her genitals with the palm of his hand “several times.”

The report states he then told her, “We are going to do something to relax you more,” at which point he removed her underwear, digitally penetrated her and then performed oral sex on her.

”The victim said she grabbed (Plummer)’s hand and tried to pull his hand away, but (he) continued to sexually assault her,” police wrote. “The victim also told (him) to stop several times, and the defendant ignored her until he eventually stopped.”

Authorities said the woman told detectives that this was her third time using Plummer’s services and he had never done anything like that in the past, saying she was in “shock” over what had occurred.

A man who works on the same floor said he was also shocked by the allegations.

“When I think of that massage place, he’s the gentleman that — the person I think of the most just because I see him go in all the time,” Max Ballas-Bograd said. “The fact that it happens at a place where folks go at their most vulnerable to feel better and the fact that that didn’t happen, the opposite, is a tragedy.”

The report states the victim went home and then called Miami-Dade police.

Police said they arrested Plummer, who invoked his right to an attorney, later that evening.

A Miami-Dade judge found probable cause to charge Plummer with sexual battery Tuesday, giving him a $10,000 bond and ordering him to stay away from the victim.

“He’s never been in any trouble, he’s had no trouble in the criminal system, he’s been married for four years,” Plummer’s attorney argued in court.

He remained in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Tuesday afternoon.

Local 10 News contacted OUM Lymphatic Massage seeking comment. A representative said the company would send a statement, which Local 10 News has not received as of early Tuesday evening.
