A motorcyclist is in critical condition after colliding with a sedan on State Road 64 Sunday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Investigators say the crash happened at 4:30 p.m. near the intersection River Heritage Boulevard.
Troopers say a sedan driven by a 75-year-old Bradenton woman was eastbound, attempting to turn left when she drove into the path of the westbound motorcycle.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 28-year-old man from Parrish, tried to avoid the crash but collided with the right side of the sedan.
The motorcyclist was airlifted to HCA Florida Blake Hospital in critical condition.
