Palm Beach County bus driver banned from driving after crash near Lake Worth

A Palm Beach County bus driver is off the road and has lost his driving privileges as an investigation takes place into a collision with a pickup truck near Lake Worth that left four people injured.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened last week when the bus was turning left into the path of the pickup truck.

Four people in the truck were hurt, two critically, and there are no updates on their condition. Students on the bus sustained minor injuries, but none required hospitalization.

The bus driver involved, M, remains employed with the school district, which stated it is conducting an internal review.
