Panama City Police investigating crash involving bicyclist

Panama City Police are investigating a crash involving a vehicle and a bicyclist on 23rd Street.

We are told the crash happened near the intersection of 23rd and State Avenue.

At this time, one westbound lane on 23rd Street and State Ave. are closed, and both eastbound lanes are also closed.

Police and EMS are at the scene, but officials are unable to provide any other details at this time.
