Police: Teen shot in lobby of Hilton Miami Downtown

MIAMI – Miami police confirmed Wednesday morning that they were investigating a shooting that occurred at the Hilton Miami Downtown.

According to police, the shooting was reported just before 2:30 a.m. at the hotel located at 1601 Biscayne Blvd.

Police confirmed that a 15-year-old boy was shot in the arm after a fight in the lobby of the hotel. He was transported to a hospital in stable condition.

Police confirmed that a possible suspect was detained for questioning, but no arrests have been made.

No other details were immediately released.
