A small plane crashed at LaBelle Municipal Airport on Friday afternoon.

The Federal Aviation Administration said the landing gear of a Piper PA-31 collapsed after landing at the airport at approximately 1:30 p.m. According to the FAA, two people were on board, and officials will investigate the crash.

The Hendry County Sheriff’s Office said there were no injuries in the crash, and the runway closed after the crash.
