Tallahassee crash leaves 18-year-old dead

One man died following a crash in Tallahassee Monday night.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, officials responded to the scene around 8 p.m.

FHP said an 18-year-old man was riding his motorcycle on Crawfordville Rd when he crashed into the back of a pick-up truck.

The 18-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene.

The driver of the pick-up was taken to a local hospital and is expected to recover.

Leon County Sheriff’s Office, Tallahassee Police Department and Leon County EMS assisted FHP on scene.
