A teen driver was pronounced dead after a serious crash along Vineyards Boulevard in Collier County.
The 16-year-old male victim was transported to the hospital after the single-vehicle crash Friday night, according to Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers said he was driving an SUV.
The teen victim succumbed to his fatal injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
