Four people were injured Friday morning in a crash involving a semitrailer on State Road 528 in Orange County, officials said.

The crash happened in the westbound lanes of the Beachline near the Monumental Parkway overpass, not far from the exit to Innovation Way.

Investigators said four victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threating injuries.

Two men, a 67-year-old and 44-year-old, both of Orlando, were among the ones hurt, troopers said. Six others refused treatment, officials said.

The crash is slowing traffic in the area, but motorists are able to get by in one lane of the westbound lanes. Westbound traffic is currently backed up by roughly six miles to the Dallas Mainline Toll Plaza.

No other details, including what caused the crash, have been released.

This is a developing story.
