Two people are dead after a head-on crash in Immokalee on Sunday night.
According to UC Breaking News, the crash happened around 11:53 p.m. along Immokalee Road between Camp Keais Road and Everglades Boulevard.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a 34-year-old Naples man was driving a Toyota Tacoma eastbound when it entered the westbound lane.
The truck crashed into a Nissan sedan driven by 27-year-old Naples woman Tenequa Smith.
The two vehicles crashed head-on and both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Coach Tenequa Smith was a Aquatic Supervisor for the city of Naples.
This crash remains under investigation by FHP.
