Two pedestrians were injured after being hit by a car at the intersection of Pine Ridge Road and Taylor Road on Saturday, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Highway Patrol.
CCSO says that they received the call at 12:25 p.m. Two people were hit according to deputies: a woman and juvenile boy. The woman was taken to the hospital as a trauma alert and the boy suffered minor injuries, CCSO says.
CCSO says that FHP will take over the investigation.
